If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website. Policy Press and the University of Bristol (the owner of Policy Press) may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

Terms and conditions of ordering

2. Confirmation of Order 

We will confirm your order on the basis of these terms and conditions and a confirmation will be sent to the email address you supplied when ordering. 

3. Currency 

All payments made through this online payment facility must be made in £ Sterling. 
 

4. Amendments to your [online] order

4.1 Any requests for changes to your online order should be communicated to Policy Press as soon as possible although we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible to address your request due to availability etc. 
 
4.2 If you wish to order services additional to your initial orders then these need to be ordered online as a separate order. No changes will be possible to the initial order once it has been submitted but if you need assistance please contact Policy Press (tel: +44 (0) 117 954 5940). 

5. Pricing (VAT) 

UK VAT (currently 20%) is included in the prices where applicable. Our VAT registration number is GB991261800. 

6. Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods to Marston Book Services or your local distributor with a covering letter within 30 days. They will replace the goods or give a full refund. 

7. Not yet published titles

If the title you have ordered is not yet published at the time of your order, we will record a backorder for you and arrange for it to be sent on when it has been received at our warehouse. Please note you will be charged for these items at the time of ordering.
 

8. Use

8.1 In accessing this website, you agree that the website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unless you have Policy Press’ prior written permission, you are not permitted to copy, make available to the public, download, store (in any medium), show in public, adapt or change in any way the material (or any part of it) contained on this website for any purpose whatsoever. 
 
8.2 Without limitation to any matter set out in this Terms and Conditions of Use or Policy Press’ Privacy Policy you must not use this website to:
