Men Stepping Forward

How do men interested in gender equality become ‘change makers’ and lead their organisation towards inclusion?

Directly addressing men, this innovative book reveals how they can be centrally involved in creating gender-inclusive cultures in their organisations. Using cutting-edge research, it suggests practical actions for men as leaders and managers to implement in order to make real changes .

Ideal for the time-poor professional, it is essential reading for all men who want to make a difference but don’t know where to start.

"An excellent addition to the thinking on how to engage men in building gender-balanced organizations. It contains well-researched insights into how they can develop the skills and practices needed to become truly effective gender-inclusive leaders.” Robert Baker, Potentia Talent Consulting Limited and European Women On Boards

"Examines interventions and real-life experiences to demystify how men can effectively contribute to creating more inclusive workplaces while also providing valuable insights for organisations looking to engage male employees and leaders to advance gender equality.” Lauren Gula, International Finance Corporation

“A very important contribution to the quest for a fairer world of work for men and women. The approach to involving men as change agents is not only innovative, but also clever, and this book provides concrete examples to show how it can work.” Andreas Heindl, Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF)
